Community Guidelines

Welcome to Formsome, where we aim to enhance the business landscape through reporting late payment instances by companies. We invite community members to share their direct experiences and offer insightful feedback that can drive change and elevate the global economy.

Business stakeholders, including suppliers, employees, freelancers, customers, brokers, investors, and financial professionals, depend on Formsome’s business profiles and user-contributed content to evaluate the credit reputation and late payment habits of registered businesses. To ensure a beneficial, balanced, and genuine community, we have outlined the following guidelines:

  1. 1. Ensure your report is truthful and factual, supported by evidence if needed. As we remain neutral in disputes, we expect you to support your report and its claims.
  2. 2. Each registered business can be reported once a year. If you update your report within the year, the previous one will be archived, and the new one will be displayed.
  3. 3. Each registered business can be reported once a year. If you update your report within the year, the previous one will be archived, and the new one will be displayed.
  4. 4. Your report should pertain to financial transactions you or your organization engaged in within the last five years, including other financial obligations like guarantees or warranties, to maintain relevance for our audience.
  5. 5. We prohibit negative remarks about identifiable individuals in late payment reports. Personal attacks or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
  6. 6. We disapprove of profanity, threats of violence, or discriminatory language targeted at any individuals.
  7. 7. We do not accept reports disclosing confidential, non-public internal company information unless it is part of your evidence substantiating late payment.
  8. 8. For privacy reasons, refrain from identifying yourself or including any contact information in your report comments.
  9. 9. All reports should be original and unique – substantial quoted material from other sources, including websites, email correspondence, other reviews, etc., is not allowed.
  10. 10. While perfection in writing is not required, clarity is. Reports with excessive capitalization or filler words/characters will be rejected. Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation enhance the credibility of your report comments.
  11. 11. Our Community Guidelines and moderation policies comply with applicable laws in the various global markets where Formsome operates.
  12. 12. A late payment report can remain with a business profile for ten years or less at our discretion.

Adhering to these guidelines will help shape a better payment environment, and enable marginalized stakeholders to have more knowledge on a business's payment practices. Your cooperation is vital to our collective effort in promoting transparency and accountability within the global business community.
